shredded coconut
unsweetened
Instructions
Add shredded coconut to the base of the food processor.
Turn on your food processor and let it run for 15 to 20 minutes. Stopping to scrape down the sides every couple of minutes.
It is done when it becomes a creamy consistency and there are no more flakes.
Notes
*Does not need refrigeration. Store in the pantry for up to a few months.
